I hope you all have had a great week at Elevate. It was an absolute honor to be back getting to capture all the fun and goodness again this year!

Many have asked what the heck I am up to now after a total rebrand and shift in services and during a few conversations I was able to have in passing through out the week, a few of the ladies responded very positively to my new service I am offering so I thought I would put together a quick and easy way for you all to learn about it, too, in case it is something that you see of value for your business and your team.

One on One Marketing Coaching

Basically fancy words for if you have a Marketing Director that could use some extra support, ideas, and accountability - I would come along side of them through monthly one on one coaching to help them create and execute events that drive sales and community relationships, make and strive towards hitting catering goals, and keep your social media on brand, consistent, and effective!

Call One: Strategy + Planning

Call Two: Accountability + Execution

This is 1-on-1 consulting, tailored to you, your business, and your goals.

  • Struggles with staying on task and actually accomplishing things

  • Feels isolated and alone and has expressed a need for extra support

  • In this session, we’ll map out the month ahead with clarity and confidence.

    We’ll work together to:

    • Plan your marketing calendar

    • Build out at least 3 core events: one sales-driven, one people-driven, and one drive-thru initiative

    • Craft a social media strategy that aligns with your promotions and team goals

    • Create a customized photo/video shot list to support your content

    • Break down your ideas into actionable next steps

  • We’ll meet again mid-month to ensure progress is happening and nothing falls through the cracks.

    This call will include:

    • Status check on your action items and events

    • Gap-filling where support is needed

    • A social media audit: review your content for strategy, clarity, and brand alignment

    • Encouragement and coaching to finish the month strong

Just for the Operators

After each coaching call, you’ll receive a detailed follow-up email recapping everything we discussed.

This email will include:

  • A summary of key takeaways from our session

  • A clear list of action items with ownership and due dates

  • Insight into how we’re aligning our efforts to support your business goals
